More Pictures from Jeffrey Epstein's Holdings Disclosed by Democratic US Legislators

Property blueprints for Epstein's personal tropical island included in the released materials.

Additionally included in this new document drop appears to be a site plan for the Great St James island, located in the Caribbean US territory.

The financier purchased a more modest island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but acquired the more expansive Great St James in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.

The released images indicate he had drawn up development schemes to develop the substantial island by constructing homes, an amphitheatre, an underwater office and a reservoir.

Marked on the blueprint is a local waterway, a waterway in the US Virgin Islands, marked on the bottom right.

The architectural drawing is covered in handwritten red notes and contains a key identifying different sections of the property.

Accompanying this are what seem to be nine other site drawings and architectural plans, such as designs for marina coverings.

More materials made public as part of the ongoing oversight disclosure.
